We take complete responsibility by providing end-to-end services starting from recruitment, followed by all HR & administrative activities, statutory employee benefits & compliances for the outsourced resources.
The operational & performance-related aspects are monitored by the client and it retains complete control of the same. In case, the client intends to hand over the operational part to Vision, it is taken care by a separate team namely “Managed Services Program (MSP)”.
